From development to management to repair, Bill O’Connor’s entire career has been focused on property improvement. Bill graduated from Burke High School in 1988 and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1993. After starting his career in commercial leasing, he made his way to development. Realizing he preferred to bring his business acumen to the hands-on aspects of the business, he moved into construction. His entrepreneur experience began when he started a gutter company. As his knowledge in exterior repairs continued to grow, so did his ability to become a full-service, storm repair expert.

In 2010, Bill decided to start Emerald Roofing. It is Bill’s vision to provide property owners with a high degree of customer service and quality workmanship while maintaining the highest ethical standards. We are not satisfied unless we provide superior service to each of our clients.
